Here we go again! A 20,000 person study suggests exercise, not smoking, eating daily vegetables, and moderate drinking can increase your longevity by up to 14 years.
This is just another reason to live a healthy lifestyle. I don’t know how much proof people need to begin taking action. It is not that complicated! Just a few small lifestyle changes, on a consistent basis, can add years to your life. It is not only years we are talking about, but quality of life too.
