Over the years I have seen too many individuals health and fitness goals not in alignment with their fitness program. If you are an individual who has the goal of losing fat, and you are not paying attention to what you are putting into your mouth, you are simply sabatoging your fitness results. Focusing on your exercise consistency is just not enough to reach your main goal of weight loss. Your fitness program is simply out of alignment with your goals.
There are many people who are exercise warriors, but when it comes to eating, they are wolves. They eat whatever they can find, and as much as they can take in. Then they wonder why they are not losing weight. Exercise must be backed by a decrease in caloric intake in order for a fat loss goal to be reached.
