Need A Shot Of Fitness Motivation?

Jim O'Connor Fitness ConsultantIsn’t it great when you get fired up, and in the proper frame of mind to accomplish anything. You are confident, definite, enthusiastic, and motivated. You are at your peak!

That is where I am right now! It is 11:43 am on Friday night, and I have to get up at 6:00 am , but I am still fired up. Why? Because I’m going to the Angels - Red Sox game tomorrow at the Big A of Anaheim. You probably already know that I enjoy sports. I look forward to watching good competition. That gets me into a postive, excited state of mind.
