The United States should be paying close attention as to what is happening fitness program wise in Brazil. They have figured out how to increase exercise compliance, and get their citizens healthier. Government sponsored group exercises classes in parks, recreation centers, and on beaches is their secret.
Wouldn’t something like this work in the United States? I think it would. There is no better motivator than seeing large groups of people getting together to exercise. People will witness these growing groups, and feel like they should be part of the crowd. This is social proof at its finest!
