Fitter U Fitness Review

Fitness Tips Comments Off

My Fitter U Fitness review just might surprise you! Should you waste your valuable time, and money on Yuri Elkaim’sFitter U Fitness Program Logo new fitness help, and motivation members only site? Beware! After closely reviewing the Fitter U Fitness program, please pay close attention as I offer you my professional opinion on it.

First off, before I initially took a peak underneath the Fitter U hood, I wondered what in the world could Mr. Elkaim offer in his fitness program that hasn’t already been beaten to death over, and over again.

I must admit, before taking a very close look at the Fitter U Fitness Training System, I was a bit skeptical. Here we go again, more of the same old fitness workout stuff. As I began to dig deeper into my Fitter u fitness review, more and more intrigue set in. I kept seeing Yuri Elkaim offer more, and more value, backed by a ton of proof, and very little risk to the consumer. As you read on you will see why I make this exact comment.

Yuri Elkaim’s goal in creating his program is to provide physical fitness program motivation, support, and that extra push to help you finally reach your health and fitness goals.  The premise of the workout program is to allow Yuri to be your fitness coach, month after month, without the huge cost of hiring a one-on-one personal trainer.

Accuracy of Fitness Information

Everything in which I read, viewed, and listened to was of high quality.  Yuri Elkaim, a former professional soccer player who graduated with an exercise science degree from the University Of Toronto, presents all his fitness information with excellent knowledge, and unbelievable enthusiasm for health and fitness. No wonder why he is the head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the University Of Toronto Soccer Team. I get the sense that Yuri loves fitness, and coaching people like yourself to reach their absolute physical best. Grade - (4.5/5)

Take Physical Fitness Exercise Responsiblity

Health Fitness Resources 3 Comments »

The Center For Disease Control reports only an estimated 31.9% of adults, 18 and over in the United States, participate in regular leisure time physical fitness exercise. With all the scientific research to back the benefits of physical fitness, why are people not taking a greater personal responsibility?

When it comes to your health, fitness, well-being, and quality of life, now is the time to take some personal respsonsibility for the one body you have been blessed with.

One major piece of scientific proof was revealed in the Aerobics Center Longitudinal Study (ACLS) which tracked 80,000 people, and began in 1970.

A follow up to that study showed lack of physical fitness exercise accounted for about 16% of all deaths. It was even greater when accounting for high cholesterol, obesity, diabetes, and smoking.

Beetroot Juice Boosts Exercise Stamina

Fitness Nutrition 3 Comments »

A new research study published in the Journal of Applied Physiology determined beetroot juice boosts exercise stamina up to 16% longer. The study, completed at the University of Exeter, looked at 8 men ages 19 to 38 to determine exercise endurance effects after ingesting 500 ml of beetroot juice.

The subjects were given 500 ml of beetroot juice for six consecutive days, while the control group was given a placebo. The results, after testing on an exercise bike with six days of beetroot juice in their systems, revealed a 16% increase in exercise stamina as compared to the control group.

The possible reason for such a dramatic result is from the nitrates contained in the beetroot. It is suggested that the juice leads to a reduction in oxygen uptake, making exercise less tiring. All sounds good, right?

Best Bodybuilding Supplements 12 Comments »

When it comes to bodybuilding, protein is essential for muscle repair, and growth.  So what then is the optimum protein for muscle building?Protein For Muscle Building

Unfortunately, bodybuilders talk about many different numbers, and theories when it comes to bodybuilding nutrition. Knowing the exact amount of protein for bodybuilding will quickly boost your workout results. Not knowing will sabotage muscle building gains.

Some “experts” say 1 gram of bodybuilding protein per pound of body weight is best. Others, including bodybuilding nutrition companies, say 2, 3, or even 4 grams of protein for muscle building per pound of body weight.

Let’s turn to a recent scientific study for the truth.

A published study split participants into 5 groups. All of the groups were given post workout protein drinks broken up as follows: 0g (control), 5g, 10g, 20g, and 40g. The goal of the study is to determine the optimum protein consumption for maximum protein synthesis to occur.
