A recent study conducted at the University of Exeter, and published in the Journal of Applied Physiology reveals one simple way of boosting your fitness endurance while exercising, or racing at a high intensity. The results of the study showed that the L-Arginine group was able to exercise 20% longer, and had 1%-2% increase in race times.
