37 Ways To Bigger Pecs Faster
Bodybuilding Workout December 1st. 2007, 2:12pm
According to a recent survey of 30,000 bodybuilders, 34% want bigger pecs. After all, when you go to the gym, what exercise do you mostly see people doing? Bench press. Why? Because they want bigger chest muscles. The big, cut chest is a true sign of top physical fitness.
The problem is most bodybuilders, and fitness enthusiasts try, and try, and try, only to get frustrated with lack of chest results. They waste too much time in the gym chest training only to eventually surrender in defeat by seeing very little, if any, results. All that gut busting work, and your pecs, sadly, are not any bigger, stronger, or more cut.
Wait, give yourself a break. It is not entirely your fault. You just haven’t been shown exactly how to build bigger pecs.
Today, I was fortunate enough to just finish listening to a new downloadable pec building audio called Underground Chest Training Secrets. I felt it would be helpful if I provided visitors to this blog a detailed review of Underground Chest Training Secrets by Jeff Anderson.
Will listening to this 90 minutes audio actually supply you with secret, underground tips, tricks, and tactics to actually build a bigger chest? Or, is it just a waste of time?
After closely listening to all 90 minutes, twice, I feel this product can be of great benefit for any bodybuilder who just isn’t seeing results from all the hard work.
I also buy into the statement made of getting bigger pecs in half the chest training time. This well done audio will save you many unproductive hours in the gym if you simply follow the advice given. There really are 37 tips you can use today to build a bigger chest.
The really great aspect about he audio is there was not one mention of taking anabolic steroids. All the 37 techniques to build chest muscles are hardcore underground secrets the pro bodybuilders use to build absolutely massive, cut up pecs.
The Underground Chest Training Secrets audio is 90 minutes in length, and comprised of 100% tips to bigger pecs. No fluff!
The creator, Jeff Anderson, interviewed seven pec training experts, and literally grilled them to spill the bean. He did an excellent job of really putting these chest experts on the spot, and getting them to reveal hidden secrets you can use to quickly build a bigger chest.
Overall, I give the Underground Chest Training Secrets audio a 3.5 out of 5. Here is the breakdown.
Price - 4.5 out of 5. You’ve got to love the price. $27 is a complete steal for this powerful pec building audio. If you follow just 1 of the 37 tips you will see a huge return on your investment.
Accuracy Of Information - 3.5 out of 5. All in all, the accuracy of the information was pretty good. I would have liked to hear more about research studies done on a few of these chest building techniques. However, I really felt the information was dead on. I especially agree with the pre-fatigue tips.
Quality Of Product - 4 out of 5. The recording is professional, and well done. Since the “expert” interviews were phone interviews, the quality was surprisingly good. Jeff Anderson over delivers on all of his products.
Money Back Guarantee - 4 out of 5. There is a 56 day 100% money back guarantee. 56 days is good, but 90 would be better for this tutorial on how to get bigger pecs. However, you will see results from these bodybuilding tips within the first couple of workouts.
Easy Of Product Delivery - 4.5 out of 5. The audio is digital download that you can get your hands on immediately. The delivery of the product is easy, and straight forward. You can even load it up on your mp3 player. After you make your investment you will be instantly taken to the download page. Therefore, after 90 minutes you are on your way towards a bigger chest.
Summary
If you don’t have the massive, ripped pecs you really want, then Underground Chest Building Secrets is your secret weapon to turn to. I give this product a thumbs up. The only thing I wish that could have been incorporated is videos to demonstrate some of these pec building techniques. They also could have talked about frequency of pec training, and the importance of recovery. That was unfortunately not mentioned. However, with that said, I still give it a 3.5 out of 5.

I purchased this too, and at first I was a little disappointed, mainly because some of the tips were also in Jeff Anderson’s Optimum Anabolics program, which I already own. But after diving into the purchase a little more, I think it’s worth it.
What people should know before buying it is that the main PDF file consists of interviews, so to realize the true benefit of the buy, you have to take notes on the interviews to condense it into the actual tips that the UCT e-book provides. Otherwise you’ll just be sitting there with several interviews you paid $27 to read.
When I bought this I did it during an “early bird special.” (so whether or not this bonus interview is still available now is beyond me) I also ended up with a 40 minute long audio interview with Nick Nilsson on ab training, and that definitely has some good tips as well that really blew my mind.
Since I already own OA from Jeff, I knew a few of the things other trainers were bringing up already, but I still found over 20 tips that FOR SURE will change the way I do chest day for the rest of my life. Along with the two star cast interview links that Jeff provides with the purchase, this is definitely worth the $27, mainly since you would have to spend more then twice that on supplements just to end up with half the effects the tips and information can give you.
I would give it a 7.5 out of ten. It’s good, but Jeff has made more revolutionary PDF’s then this one, such as Optimum Anabolics or homemade supplement secrets.

Will,
I tend to agree with you. It would have been nice if Jeff made a video demonstrating each of these 37 techniques. However, for $27 bucks it is well worth the investment.
Like I mentioned in the review, I would have also liked to hear a discussion on frequency of training, recovery, and nutrition support to bigger pecs.
All in all, I agree with your 7.5 rating.
