		<description>I prefer doing HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) 5 days a week and really pushing it. I do mean the whole sweating, panting and fatigue thing. But you must listen to your body.When your body is too tired. Take a rest day or else you will just tear yourself down. Of course, exercise is my addiction, although it is a healthy one.</description>
