Fitness Advice For Muscle Preservation

Most people want to minimally maintain the fat burning muscle tissue throughout their entire body. It is the fat they want to see quickly melt away. The fitness advice I offer in today’s exercise video has to do with preserving your metabolically active lean tissue (muscle) while doing lots of cardiovascular work.

There are fitness program participants, especially cardio workout worriors who worry about breaking down protein in the muscle to use as energy. The fear being a loss muscle strength, endurance, and size. If you do a lot of cardiovascular work, then what do you do to prevent valuable muscle loss?     Very interesting topics.I am looking this type of topics, I need more informations because everyone knows “Health is wealth” is very much known to all and everyone wants good health. That means no one wants to leave this wealth. So, Let us build a food habit discipline, keep pace with work, rest and or exercise to Achieve good health, The ultimate wealth.

    Really, eat 20-30 minutes before cardio? You telling me that if I am going on a 8 mile run I need to eat 20-30 minutes before? I don’t think so. Proper nutrition is a must but not that soon before your workout. Also its .8 grams of protein per pound of LEAN body mass not total body weight (280lbs person taking 280 grams of protein a day, ouch). You’re going to cause people to get Ketotis. You will also need to proper micro nutrients and BCAAs.
