Watch out! Diet nutrition supplements could be hazardous to your health. At least some of them, as the FDA pulled the plug today on 14 Hydroxycut products that accumulated 23 reports of serious liver injuries from jaundice to death.
The moral of the story here is to be careful of the health and fitness nutrition supplements you purchase. If it sounds too good to be true, and is full of secret proprietary herbs, then your red alert flag should go up.
If you insist on buying diet nutrition supplements, you are taking a chance because you have no idea how well they were tested, and how safe they really are. The 14 Hydroxycut products are a perfect example. The claims all sound good until you are adversely affected.
