Government Backed Fitness Program

The United States should be paying close attention as to what is happening fitness program wise in Brazil. They have figured out how to increase exercise compliance, and get their citizens healthier. Government sponsored group exercises classes in parks, recreation centers, and on beaches is their secret.

Wouldn’t something like this work in the United States? I think it would. There is no better motivator than seeing large groups of people getting together to exercise. People will witness these growing groups, and feel like they should be part of the crowd. This is social proof at its finest!

Nutrition Is Crucial For A Fitness Program

An effective fitness programs must place an emphasis on sound nutrition practices. Without good nutrition habits your fitness results will be definitely hindered. Just think of nutrition as a catalyst to ignite workout results.

Over the years I have seen too many individuals health and fitness goals not in alignment with their fitness program. If you are an individual who has the goal of losing fat, and you are not paying attention to what you are putting into your mouth, you are simply sabatoging your fitness results. Focusing on your exercise consistency is just not enough to reach your main goal of weight loss. Your fitness program is simply out of alignment with your goals.

There are many people who are exercise warriors, but when it comes to eating, they are wolves. They eat whatever they can find, and as much as they can take in.
