Don’t buy Combat The Fat until you read this!
I just finished reading this weight loss exercise program by Jeff Anderson, The Muscle Nerd. Below I have provided my personal Combat The Fat review of this fat burning program.
CTF is a fat loss program taught by the former military fitness instructor Jeff Anderson. Mr. Anderson breaks the code of silence by revealing the body fat loss tricks, and techniques the United States Military uses to get its soldiers into top shape quickly. I originally thought this information was classified information, but it seems The Muscle Nerd insisted on leaking these military fat burning, and fitness secrets out to everyday civilians.
Combat The Fat is comprised of 3, rather detailed, downloadable ebooks. Guide one is the secret military fitness program. Guide two is the workout workbook; and guide three is the nutrition manual.
All in all, they are all very well done! Jeff Anderson is known for producing products of high value. Combat The Fat was easy to read, and actually entertaining at the same time. I really like the approach of Jeff being your fat burning commander. His little “reminder tips” are a real plus for each of the three manuals. Boy, does that cartoon figure look a lot like Jeff!

Combat The Fat uses a military approach to burning off body fat, and getting fit. The course teaches you how to wage war against unhealthy body fat, and win. This military twist makes it real fun to read.
Jeff uses his experience as a real live military fitness trainer, takes you by the hand, step by step, and shows you just how quicky, and easily you can lose weight.
Inside Combat The Fat, there are 8 factors which need to be mastered in order to create a metabolic environment in your body that will skyrocket your bodies natural fat melting abilities.
I didn’t realize how easy it is to turn a persons body into a fat burning furnace.
Combat The Fat has a 12 week program put together in which you workout 45 minutes a day, 3 days a week. Therefore, this is ideal for an individual with limited time to workout.
As far as overall value, I give Combat The Fat a 5/5. In my opinion, Jeff is giving away this valuable information way too cheaply. Consumers will get at least 10X the value of the investment. One of the bonuses is worth the whole price of admission. I guess this is a win for the consumer.
The information presented in the manuals is very accurate, and extremely easy to follow.
The only real negative thing I can say regarding the Jeff Anderson’s Combat The Fat is the sales letter might drive women away because of the military commander approach. However, please understand, this program is for women also. If you are a women, don’t be frightened. You will greatly benefit!

Summary - Overall I rate Combat The Fat a 4.5/5. This fat loss, fitness course is a great investment for anyone who is having a challenging time losing fat. The 3 tell all manuals make fat loss much easier.

Hi I really enjoyed reading you post. I need to lose about another 12lbs soon in time for my sons wedding next month. I don’t think I am going to get there, but I am trying my best to lose weight. Oh well. Thanks
