		<description>I workout with higher reps moving the weight at a very slow speed. My goal is more muscle endurance. So, according to the study, I am doing the right thing. 

The only thing I can say about my routine is the slow lifting can wear on you over time. It is tedious.

What really surprised me about the strength training study was the lack of cardiovascular results.
