Need A Shot Of Fitness Motivation?
Isn’t it great when you get fired up, and in the proper frame of mind to accomplish anything. You are confident, definite, enthusiastic, and motivated. You are at your peak!
That is where I am right now! It is 11:43 am on Friday night, and I have to get up at 6:00 am , but I am still fired up. Why? Because I’m going to the Angels - Red Sox game tomorrow at the Big A of Anaheim. You probably already know that I enjoy sports. I look forward to watching good competition. That gets me into a postive, excited state of mind.
What about you? When challenges arise in your fitness and nutrition plan, do you stay fitness motivated? Don’t feel bad because most people don’t. The wheels simply come flying off. But, how do you keep fitness motivated, day in and day out? (The audio below will share this with you)
Always beginning your fitness program routine, in a peak state of mind, will deliver huge results! You are probably asking how do you get yourself into a peak state of production? Simple! Just listen to the audio below. It could possibly not only change your fitness results, but your life.
Go Angels! Sorry Red Sox fans! I promise not to get too excited, and jump on the field. I highly doubt the O.C. jail has internet connection for its patrons.

Hi Jim, hope you are well…
Just listened to the motivate mp3; thanks for that. I am just about to go and train shortly so it was helpful. Not that I lack motivation; but every bit helps!
The only bit I don’t agree with is the last part as regards getting a training partner; I find (my bad luck, maybe?) that past training partners are very draining and I have had numerous personalities train alongside me. If you are making progress they tend to get critical (in a very subtle (subconsious) kind of way. Give you an example a past partner said you are doing good on xxxx but xxxx needs improvement. In my book you give praise and upbuild always with you training partner (especially your training partner) and never tear down as I have had the bad experience many times in the past.
I now train on my own; have done so for the last 3.5 years and on times in is hard but I hate having the person that you start too rely on to motivate you become almost vampiric in theyre attitude towards your success.
I am from South Wales but now live in Monmouthshire and I find the people here have a different attitude towards training; I still train on my own and the distance I have moved geographically is very small (less than 50 miles) but there is a different attitude (maybe I am wrong) as I have not got a training partner in this area and don’t plan on getting one due to my past experiences.
Thanks for your blog it is good and I as I am sure many others benefit from your effort. Cheers and train hard, kind regards Robbie.

Hi Robbie,
Yes, training partners are not for everyone. I, also, prefer to train on my own. That way I don’t have to waste time in the gym socializing.
If you use a training partner make sure it is the right person for you.
