Hi Jim, thanks for providing good, honest training insights. I like the style and tone with which you deliver your knowledge and ideas. The audio segments offer solid advice with an injection of enthusiasm that I'm sure gets through to a high percentage of your listeners.
I've recently been to see an NFL game here in London at Wembley Stadium, where I was very impressed with the athletic abilities and physical size of the players. I am very much into bodybuilding but after watching these guys race around I'm keen to know if there is any advice you might be able to throw out for guys such as myself, who are very much into the weight training, but would like to have that total package that the NFL stars possess? Thanks again for providing top notch advice on training and nutrition. Dan, UK

I'm a fitness instructor....I've been working with a class of middle age, overweight, out of shape women for about 6 months, using HIT. We use step class steps, and most started out on the floor, now most are up to two risers, and loving the workout...I do 2mins High + 2mins recovery, about 4 cycles.
I' amazed they've stayed with the program and that the class is growing.
