I hope you are having a wonderful holiday season! As for me, I’m pushing myself away from the holiday dessert table in favor of the new fitness program I am testing. As stated in the video, results have been nothing short of amazing! I still have another 3 weeks before I tabulate all the data. Then it looks like I will need to buy new pants. My old pants are falling off me!

Since November 1st I have lost about 11 pounds of fat, cut my workout time in half, and even have a piece of dark chocolate everyday. No kidding! Maybe I should call this fitness program the “chocoloate program.” I will be sharing more information in a couple of weeks.
