People are downright neglecting this extremely important muscle group! As a matter of fact, years ago, I made the same mistake. I had no interest in training this muscle group because I it wasn’t “sexy” enough to do so.
Fast forward 15 years, and now my fitness program focuses on this particular muscle. You will soon see why when you listen to the short audio I created for you below.
