Push It For Exercise Training Program Results
Cardiovascular Fitness, Bodybuilding Workout, Fitness Tips April 1st. 2007, 9:58pmMost fitness participants simply don’t see great results because they are not pushing themselves hard enough. During your exercise training program you should get, providing you clear it with your physician, into what I call the “uncomfortable zone.” Let’s face it most people simple don’t want to be uncomfortable. However, being uncomfortable is what pushes your body into better shape. Those on an exercise training program who simply just go through the motions of training won’t see results. Yes, doing something is better than nothing, but you are investing your precious time. Don’t you want great results? If you do, you must be willing to enter the “uncomfortable zone.” Significant growth, or process will not be seen if you don’t.
To get into the uncomfortable zone all you need to do increase the weights, reps, or decrease the time between strength training sets. For cardio workouts all you need to do is train at a higher heart rate, workout harder, or longer. Another words challenge yourself.
If you want to see great exercise training program results, then consider boosting up your exercise intensity.
