Secret Formula For Fitness Program Results

This “secret formula” can not only be applied to fitness, and bodybuilding, but also to any major life goal.
What exactly is this incredible formula?
It is called the RAMM formula.
The R stands for knowing, and visualizing your end result.
The A stands for taking action towards that end result. Without continuous action, you will not reach your end goal, no matter what.
The M stands for measuring your progress. Without measuring your progress you have no idea if you are going in the right direction. Is your bodyfat going down? Is the scale decreasing? Are your arms getting bigger? Are you making more money? Does your bank account say so?
The other M stands for modify. After analysing your measurement, you may modify that course of action, if needed. Ex: Change your routine. Add exercises, or increase your cardio time, as an example.
Here is an example of the RAMM formula in full effect.
Suppose your end result is to lose 10 pounds of fat, and increase the size, and shape of your arms. That is your end result. You can visualize it now. You know exactly what you want.
Now you come up with an exercise program that will get your desired end results. This is called the action phase.
Every couple of weeks you measure to see if your bodyfat/weight is dropping. If it is, you are on the proper course to your desired end results.
If not, you modify the action plan, again, and again until you reach your desired end result.
You can plug just about any goal into this amazing formula from adding 20 pounds of muscle to becoming a millionaire. The RAMM formula simply delivers fitness program results.
