What about vibration training? I didn’t see that on the list. I’m not fully sold on it except for dynamic warmup uses only. As far as fat loss, I’m not a believer. Stop looking for the quick fix!
However, I did hear of some research studies that showed vibration training help athletic performance such as jumping.
