That means exercising on a weekly basis consistently and eating healthy foods such as whole foods, lean proteins, plenty of vegetables, fruits, and drinking water. Taking care of your physical health is absolutely crucial to aging well. If you want to age well, do that.

4. Do things you enjoy.

Look forward to things, plan trips, get together with friends, and go on adventures with people. Do things that you really love, like going to a football game or any kind of sporting event, seeing your grandkids, or doing something with your family. 5. Communicate effectively with your doctor.

Most people don't communicate effectively with their doctor, so their doctor can't help them. You want to really describe what's going on. You are part of the team, and the doctor can help discuss the issues you have and the medications you're on. You are part of the team, and you have to have those discussions.
