The biggest question in fitness is how to lose weight effectively.  Many people try, but end up in a state of frustration form lack of results. Meanwhile others successfully lose fat, only to gain it back in six short months plus an additional ten pounds of fat. Is it the weight loss participants fault? Do they have weak discipline? Or, is it someone else’s fault?

    I know many of you are going to say a person is overweight because of LACK OF DISCIPLINE, and MAKING BAD EATING CHOICES. Maybe that is a very small percentage, say 10%, of the equation, but it is clearly not the culprit. WATCH the video above. I would love to get your opinion on if you think being overweight is the persons fault or not. Do you agree with me? Disagree? Why?
